As you go, preach this message: 'The kingdom of heaven is near.' Heal the sick, raise the dead, cleanse those who have leprosy, drive out demons.                   Mt10:7-8  d

Whatever town or village you enter, search for some worthy person there and stay in his house until you leave. As you enter the home, give it your greeting. If the home is deserving, let your peace rest on it; if it is not, let your peace return to you. If anyone or any place will not welcome you or listen to your words, shake the dust off your feet when you leave that home or town as a testimony against them. On my account you will be brought before governors and kings, synagogues, rulers and authorities, as witnesses to them and to the Gentiles. Brother will betray brother to death, and a father his child; children will rebel against their parents and have them put to death. All men will hate you because of me, but he who stands firm to the end will be saved. When you are persecuted in one place, flee to another. A student is not above his teacher, nor a servant above his master. It is enough for the student to be like the teacher, and the servant like his master. May 12

Be on your guard against the yeast of the Pharisees, which is hypocrisy. There is nothing concealed that will not be disclosed, or hidden that will not be made known. I tell you, my friends, do not be afraid of those who kill the body but after that cannot kill the soul. He who receives you receives me and the one who sent me. Anyone who receives a prophet because he is a prophet will receive a prophet's reward, and anyone who receives a righteous man because he is a righteous man will receive a righteous man's reward. No one who does a miracle in my name can in the next moment say anything bad about me, for whoever is not against us is for us; whoever is not against you is for you.          Mk9:39-40 / L9:50  d

I tell you the truth, you are looking for me not because you saw miraculous signs but because you ate the loaves and had your fill. Do not work for food that spoils, but for food that endures to eternal life, which the Son of Man will give you.          J6:26-27  m

As I told you, you have seen me and still you do not believe. All that the Father will give me will come to me, and whoever comes to me, I will never drive away. For I have come down from heaven not to do my will but to do the will of him who sent me. And this is the will of him who sent me, that I shall lose none of all that he has given me, but raise them up at the last day.          J6:36-39  m

For my Father's will is that everyone who looks to the Son and believes in him shall have eternal life, and I will raise him up on the last day.          J6:40  m

No one can come to me unless the Father who sent me draws him, and I will raise him up on the last day.          J6:44  h

It is written in the Prophets: 'They will all be taught by God.' Everyone who listens to the Father and learns from him comes to me. No one has seen the Father except the one who is from God; only he has seen the Father.          J6:45-46 (Isaiah 54:13)  h

I tell you the truth, he who believes has everlasting life. I am the bread of life. Your forefathers ate the manna in the desert, yet they died. But here is the bread that comes down from heaven, which a man may eat and not die. I am the living bread that came down from heaven. If a man eats of this bread, he will live forever.
